- Describe the impact that you have on other committees
- Describe what you need from other groups
- Develop a statement of work on what needs to be done as part of your comittee
- The committee lead is responsible for organizing and reporting the results in the Web site together with the comittee members.
- Identify "active" members of the comittee
Use Cases for each comittee
- Describe what your users need to make use of futuregrid. Augment this with use cases.
Development
- Use the software engeneering process of Design - Risks - Implement - Plan for future - Itterate
Assignements
- Each partner needs to integrate itself into activities of the committees and develop these activities
- Who at your site should participate in which effort?
- Include a memberlist and link each member to the personal information page on the Web site. The people page can be found here.
Meetings
- There will be initially be weekly meetings for each committee
- Each comittee may have aditional meetings
